DeepWells Energy Limited is a wholly Nigerian owned company operating in the Energy sector with key emphasis on Procurement.

MR TEIN GEORGE (Chairman)

Mr. Tein George is the Chairman of Deep wells Energy services. He obtained his B.Sc (Hons) Finance from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and MBA from University of Lagos Akoka in 1984.
Mr. George started his career as a banker with FCMB and later Nigeria International Bank Ltd (now CITI bank) where he worked in the Treasury and Corporate banking divisions of the bank till 1991.
Mr. George has been active in business with interest in Oil & Gas and Real Estate. He has been the Managing Director of Sealand Oilfield services Ltd which provides services in the construction area of the Oil & Gas industry. He also provides high level strategic and commercial advisory services to major energy companies in Nigeria.
Mr. George currently runs Seametric Engineering Ltd which provides design engineering services to the Oil & Gas industry. He has an extensive global contact in the construction/ Oil & Gas industry. He is currently the Chairman of Aveon Offshore Ltd, the largest locally owned Oil & Gas fabrication yard in Nigeria.

MRS BINTA KOKO (Operations Director)

Mrs. Binta Koko is the Director Operations. She obtained a BSc (Hons) Marine Biology from the University of Lagos Akoka in 1997. She started her career in banking from 1999 in Credit & Marketing division of Standard Trust Bank, United Bank for Africa and Oceanic International Bank.
In her 11years in banking, she had the opportunity of working with customers in the Energy sector and Oil & Gas sector. She has extensive knowledge in NIPP projects from 3 major sites in Nigeria which she successfully handled from start to almost completion. She has travelled to China on official visits to establish contacts with major manufacturers of Valves, Fitting, control indicators/gauges and Pipes.
Mrs. Koko has major contacts with manufacturers in Houston Texas who manufacture materials and equipments required in building and refurbishing platforms.
She is widely travelled and a strong advocate of compliance on projects.

MRS TAMNALA BRIGGS-MEGAFU (Director- Finance & Admin.)

Mrs. Tamnala Megafu is the Director Finance. She obtained a BSc (Hons) Banking & Finance from Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt in 1991.
She started her career in banking from FCMB in international operations department and later with Oceanic bank international where she worked in the Treasury department as Head Money & Capital market.
She rose to the rank of Assistant General Manager in Credit & Marketing. She handles all financial and administrative functions of the organization.
